Exchange and Return Policy:

When can products be exchanged or returned?

• Any product can be exchanged within seven days of receiving the product, according to the shipping company's records. Returns can be made within three days of receiving the product, according to the shipping company's records. Customers are not entitled to return the product after three days from receiving the order, according to the shipping company's records.

The product's condition must be checked for defects or problems within 24 hours of receiving it from the shipping company.

The product must be in its original condition as received by the customer.

The product must be unused, completely intact, in its original packaging and box, with all brand and product labels and price tags present.

The customer bears all shipping costs.

What is the process for exchanging and returning products?

· Submit a request to customer service via WhatsApp or email within one day of receiving the order.

· Attach a copy of the electronic invoice stored in your account on the website or received via email.

· Return the product in its original condition, in its original packaging as received, and seal it tightly after ensuring that the following conditions are met:

- The product must be unused, completely intact, and unused.

- In its original packaging and box, with all brand and product labels and price tags present.

- Send it with a shipping company of your choice, provided it is reliable and approved, to the address provided by customer service.

- After receiving the product from our team, we will verify its condition and ensure that all of the above conditions are met. If the customer wishes to exchange the product, a new product will be sent within 5-10 business days after the customer pays the shipping cost for the new product.

If the customer wishes to return the product, the amount paid will be refunded after deducting the shipping and delivery cost via a bank transfer, which will be processed within 5-10 days.


The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to the specifications specified by the consumer. This excludes defective products or products that do not meet the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If the product consists of videotapes, discs, CDs, or software that has been used.

3- If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other publications.

4- If the product is defective due to the consumer's improper possession.

5- If the contract covers the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.

6- If the contract covers the purchase of software download products over the internet.

Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to them by the store within seven days of the date of receipt of the product. The consumer is not entitled to return the product after seven days have passed.

2- To return the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer bears the costs incurred in the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full shipping and delivery costs of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
