Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy

Introduction:

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with any local laws in effect. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. All content on this website is protected by applicable copyright laws. This agreement governs all types of interactions between the consumer and the store, and it becomes effective and binding upon your acceptance and registration in the store, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.


Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Store Objectives and Activities:

The store aims to conduct its commercial activity legally through this electronic platform, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the terms of this agreement.

The store, its owners, staff, and representatives commit to ensuring that all products and services are legitimate, authorized, and used for lawful purposes under Saudi laws and regulations.

Membership and Usage Conditions:

The consumer confirms they have the legal capacity to engage with the store or are at least 18 years old.

If the consumer violates this clause, they bear all consequences resulting from such a violation.

The store reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or restrict consumer access to the platform at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

Communication Methods:

  1. All parties agree that communication will take place via the email registered on the platform.
  2. The consumer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications sent electronically are considered legally equivalent to written ones.
  3. The consumer agrees to receive general or targeted notifications from the store via the platform’s messaging system.


Licensing and Warranties:

All details regarding licenses and warranties are included in the documents provided on the Salla platform.

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

  • Shipping/delivery fee is 18 via Salasa Shipping for both within and outside Riyadh.
  • Order processing time: 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery within Riyadh: 1–2 days.
  • Shipping outside Riyadh: 2–4 days.
  • Upon shipping, the customer will receive the shipment tracking number and relevant details and is responsible for tracking the order directly with the shipping company.
  • If the customer fails to follow up or respond to the shipping company, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse after a grace period specified by the carrier. The customer will need to pay a new shipping fee to resend the order.

Exchange and Return Policy:

When can a product be exchanged or returned?

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt (based on the shipping company’s records), or returned within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, returns are not accepted.
  • The product must be inspected within 24 hours of receipt to ensure it is free from defects.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, brand tags, and price tags intact.
  • The customer bears all shipping costs.

How to request an exchange or return?

  • Submit a request via WhatsApp or email within 1 day of receiving the order.
  • Attach a copy of the invoice (from your account or email).
  • Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all conditions are met:
  • Unused, undamaged, in original box with labels and tags.
  • Ship it using a reliable and approved courier to the address provided by customer service.
  • After our team inspects the returned product and confirms it meets all conditions:
  • For exchanges: A new product will be shipped within 5–10 business days after the new shipping fee is paid.
  • For returns: A refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs, via bank transfer within 5–10 business days.

Products are not eligible for exchange in the following cases:

  1. Custom-made or personalized items, unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specifications.
  2. Used CDs, DVDs, or software.
  3. Newspapers, magazines, books, or other publications.
  4. Products damaged due to misuse.
  5. Contracts involving accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
  6. Downloadable software or digital products.

Return Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to applicable warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product within 7 days of receipt. No returns after 7 days.
  2. The product must be in good condition and unused. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving a return.
  3. The consumer bears return shipping costs. For international returns, the customer covers all shipping and delivery expenses unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Products are not eligible for return in the following cases:

Store Payment Services:

  1. The store provides payment and billing services through its partners. Payments can be made entirely online via available payment methods or any other methods added in the future.
  2. The store commits to pricing products/services according to fair market value.
  3. Invoices and receipts will be issued for all transactions.
  4. The store ensures standard accounting practices in accordance with this agreement.

Payment Methods:

Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Installments via Tamara and Tabby.

Intellectual Property Rights:

The store’s intellectual property rights, including its name, logos, and all other identifiers, are fully owned by the store, whether they existed before or after the creation of this platform.

Consumers must respect all intellectual property rights related to the store.

Usage Guidelines:

  1. Consumers must use the platform in accordance with public morals and Saudi regulations.
  2. Purchased products/services must not be used in violation of applicable laws or morals.
  3. If under 18, parental or guardian supervision is required to use the services.
  4. If the store finds any false or illegal information in the user's account, it reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate the account and take appropriate legal action.

Disclaimer:

The store is not responsible for any product damage due to misuse or negligence.

Customer Privacy and Transaction Data:

Privacy and data protection are top priorities. We do not share, print, or sell any customer information under any circumstances.

Account Privacy:

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
  2. Any violation of the above terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.


After-Sales Services:

The store may provide additional services such as after-sales support depending on the product or service purchased.


General Provisions:

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.


This agreement may be amended from time to time as needed.

Both parties agree that:

  • 1- Arabic is the official language for interpreting this agreement.
  • 2- All displayed prices may be updated periodically.
  • 3- Promotional offers are temporary and may be changed or canceled at any time.
  • 4- All parties agree to comply with Shariah law and applicable local laws.
  • 5- This agreement can only be terminated by a formal decision from the store management.


All the above policies apply to all regions inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
